The Crazy Hat Parade

As promised - completion of the initial design for my son’s Easter Hat Parade at school next week. I didn’t think i could make it this far today, so cheers to the Crazy Hat Parade deadline that helped me to progress this far! It’s not very crazy yet, but you can probably feel the spirit of the mad-hatter living within it already! Stay tuned for next week when the crazy hat is completed!

Ah, yes, I agree to Rav’N, it does like something from the wizard of Oz. - and his expression - lol!
Don’t tell him that I said this: but he is so cute! *s* Tell him that he look awesome in that hat and the others will love him for it!
R’acquel: I’ll have to agree with both of you. He does look cute in it. *lol* I’m sure he’ll look “awesome” when it’s finished tho!

How wonderful! He looks like he’s having fun with it. Is he a bit of a flirt? He sure knows how to flirt with the camera.
R’acquel: I’m not sure if he’s a flirt at the moment! I guess i’ll find out in a few years? *lol*

And those cinnamon rolls?———Lordy. They look so good. Warm from the oven with gobs of butter!!! Yes, indeed. *rubbing tummy —licking my fingers to get every last drop of the good stuff!!!*
R’acquel: WARNING - they are addictive! {nods a lot!}

What a great shot of him in that crazy hat! I love his eye expression!
And what a great mama you are to make him that hat. I know you are quite the seamstress but now a millener too!!!
R’acquel: Awe *shucks*. The beautiful thing about it today, was how it reminded me of my mother going to all lengths to make costumes for my brother & me and how nice it was to experience the wheels turning full circle with my own son. I wonder if it’ll ever happen to him too one day

Love his facial expression… and the hat, of course! And I don´t say this in order to bribe you to get some of those fantastilicious buns! *erm* Can I please have one?
R’acquel: You would’ve always been welcome to have one Sanni but regretably - i ate the last one this morning with my coffee! Maybe you can bring the real good tasting coffee next time and i’ll bring the buns!
