Word Press Hacked - Spam Posts Get Published
Jesus - another freakin’ attack over at www.newtownmums.com.au
..where it’s publishing spam into new posts. I’ve had two emails i received in my inbox get published onto the website too.
A vulnerability with wordpress - or is my server with MDWebhosting still screwed?
I’ve had no luck in searching for answers to this issue via google.
I’m not feeling secure about wordpress now - what if this account hosted via BlueHost gets hacked in the same way?
It’s demoralising.
Why does spam exist? Why is it here in this world? What benefits do hackers and spammers get from their work? Why do they do it? I don’t get it.

Why does spam exist? Because a small percentage of people follow the links and buy stuff from the spammers… it’s the same idiots spoiling it for everyone. Whether it comes to voting for that idiot [insert personal preference for detested politician] or buying spam, I’m sure it’s the same damn people ruining it for everyone…
So why not take the sophos spam pledge?

I don’t get it either. My current pet theory is that it is a manifestation narcisstic or psychopathic personality. After all, nobody matters except the spammer. It doesn’t matter if he irritates a million people, they are irrelevant. All that matters is successfully conning 1 person.
