Slippage Into Skipage

I’m starting another goal - and i hope it pans out like the kitchen challenge has. Exercise/fitness - something i’ve been hoping to incorporate into my lifestyle permanently. How many rounds of slippage have i encountered? Just as i did with my kitchen???? The slippage in my kitchen used to upset me so much and i’ve finally nailed it on the head. It’s just-about an auto-pilot manouvre now. I can do it.

100 skips per day, that was the initial goal. The trusty skipping rope purchased a few weeks ago - my only means of re-connecting with the sport of kickboxing. I can’t let things slip so i’m gonna have to skip. I’m sure i could work my way up to 10K in a day…. one day. Can i do 1000 tomorrow? I think i can - it’s not that hard in small 2minute bites throughout the day.
